Level of physical activity for students of grammar school and secondary school of economics in Vimperk

This bachelor thesis deals with the level of physical activity of secondary school students at Vimperk grammar school. The research part focuses on the relationship between physical activity and the Indares questionnaire. The IPAQ questionnaire was used to collect data, monitoring the number of steps using the Yamix Digiwalker SW-700. The research was carried out in May and November 2019. Data were obtained from 31 probands from 3 different years of secondary school in Vimperk.

11 Abstract Title: The level of sporting physical activity during the week in junior categories of foot- ball players Purpose: The purpose of the research was to determine the level of sporting physical activity in the weekly routine of the teams AC Sparta Prague U-14 and FC Tempo U-15. Another purpose was to evaluate the level of the sporting physical activity in relation to selected health recommendations on physical activity. Methods: In this bachelor's thesis an online system Indares was used for the acquirement data of respondents. Acquirement of the data I also used the method of online questionings. Football players participated in the research of AC Sparta Prague U-14 (n = 13; average age = 13, 7; standard deviation = 0, 6) and football players of the team FC Tempo Praha U-15 (n=18; average age=14,7; standard deviation=0,5). Results: Sporting physical activity with the greatest number of minutes was football. Participants spend 78, 8 % of the sporting physical activities time during the week. They spend 21, 2 % of the time doing other sports. Players of AC Sparta Prague reached higher average daily value of the time spent with sporting physical activities in weekly mode than players of FC Tempo Pra- gue. Active lifestyle and physical fitness of adolescents at selected high school in the district of the South Bohemian Region.

The diploma thesis deals with the active lifestyle and physical condition of adolescents at the chosen school in the district town of South Bohemia. The research was chosen by the Higher Secondary School of Social Studies and the Secondary School of Education in Prachatice and specifically by 53 students of the third year of secondary pedagogical school. The aim of the work was to monitor the body composition, aerobic capacity, muscle strength and mobility of the students on the basis of the batteries tested by the internet portal Indares. To compute the results, the Statistics program and it's forms of parametric and nonparametric tests were used. It follows from the calculations that, in terms of statistical significance, the students did not show very positive results, however, from the point of view of the subject matter it can be stated that according to the standards their performance was average, in some individuals it was above average. Research questions and hypotheses are partly confirmed at the end, but also partly disproved from what it can be concluded that more respondents would be needed for this research for more authoritative results.
The active lifestyle and physical fitness in high school students

The diploma thesis focuses on the active lifestyle, physical fitness and fitness of the students of the district of Tábor, the age spectrum of 16.17 years. The research will be attended by students of the secondary school of informatics and communications Tábor. A major reason for writing the work is the deteriorating health condition and the changing lifestyle, especially among the teenage generation. It is becoming more and more economically demanding and often does not reach or improve the quality of life. The thesis is divided into two parts, one is theoretical and the other is practical. In the theoretical part, I try to answer and explain the concept of adolescence and all the influences that affect the adolescent. Another topic is lifestyle and ways of adolescent life. Significance and important benefits for performing adolescent movement activities. Influenza of non-infectious diseases of mass incidence affecting part of adolescents seeking passive lifestyle. Possibilities of realization of physical activities in the town of Tábor. In the practical part, physical tests will be carried out to answer the research prerequisites. Students will perform physical fitness tests, and motion activity will be determined using pedometers for 7 days. This test will be repeated after six months (at the beginning of the next school year). Based on the evaluation of the course of the practical part, a concrete output of the research assumptions will be achieved.The research is part of the GAČR Grant entitled "Multifactorial research into the built environment, active lifestyle and physical fitness of the youth" (No. 14-26 8965) and is part of the IPEN Adolescent International Survey: "Research of Built Environment and Adolescent Physical Activity".
The level of physical activity among high school students and their parents of Secondary school business, Husova, České Budějovice

The presented work seeks to determine the level of physical activity among secondary school students in the nation-wide research of the active lifestyle and fitness of Czech youth. The research is primarily focused on the relationship between physical fitness defined on the basis of test kits health-related fitness of children and youth INDARES and BMI, body fat at adolescents. To collect data for the research was used a standardized questionnaire IPEN, monitoring the number of steps using pedometers Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 and health-related fitness testing using the test kits INDARES. The research was conducted in December 2014 and May 2015. Data were obtained from 55 secondary school students aged 16-18 in the České Budějovice. The results of the survey revealed that the average value of the respondents BMI and body fat is normal health-related fitness. Research has shown that the amount of body fat (r = 0.5200, p = 0.000) has a greater effect on the test aerobic fitness than BMI (r = 0.2569, p = 0.000). Physical inactivity brings health risks and just that should be the impetus for a change of lifestyle.
The Physical strain of geocaching individual age categories

Due to the reduced activity of the movement for the wider public we want to prove that the concentration game geocaching and the movement is a good foundation for the development of movement and health. First, it is explained in the history of the game, its principle and performance requirements. Subsequently described physical activity and physical activity when Geocaching. Not forgotten the definition of physical exertion and energy conversion. Followed by a presentation of the system to write data and characteristics of the Indares qualitative research. By comparing the values for respondents at selected ages during the two seasons we want to prove which of these periods will be more productive. A school for healthy and physically active lifestyle in pupils of elementary school in Kaplice\\

The thesis focuses on the differences in week-long physical activity in Year 9 pupils. The monitoring took place from 5th October 2011 to 12th October 2011 at Fantova Basic School in Kaplice. 31 pupils (17 boys and 14 girls) participated in this survey. The survey was carried out using pedometers Yamax Digi Walker SW-700 and accelerometers ActiTrainer. The pupils also filled in on-line questionnaires on website INDARES.COM (questionnaire about sports preferences, questionnaire IPAQ-long and questionnaire Motivation for physical activity). All the obtained data were processed in the Center for Kinanthropological Research in Olomouc and they were provided in the form of charts. The results showed that the girls were more physically active than the boys. The level of physical activity in girls was higher during school days. On the contrary, the level of physical activity in boys was higher on weekend days. The figures also showed higher level of physical activity during breaks than during lessons (except for PE lessons).
